We produce the cosmetic aluminum parts with various pattern, by combining the machining (stamping, diamond cut finishing, hairline finishing, sandblast treatment) and the finishing (anodizing, printing, etching) onto alminum board.
We are able to start with the pattern design, and develop a fine original product for you.

Anodized decoration

When exposed to air, aluminum forms a thin oxide film. This naturally formed film is extremely thin, and depending on the usage environment, the metal may corrode.
Anodizing refers to the process of forming an aluminum oxide film on the surface of aluminum by immersing it in an electrolyte and passing an electric current through it.
Applying anodized treatment provides benefits such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and electrical insulation.
The shape and color of the oxide film formed on the surface vary depending on the type of electrolyte used; therefore, the appropriate electrolyte must be selected based on the intended application. With the commonly used sulfuric acid solution, a straw-like porous film is formed; by dyeing this film with specialized dyes, aluminum products in a wide range of colors can be produced.

Super etching

Enable a super etching with deeper process (up to 0.2mm depth) than others and sharp edge.
Enable a fine pattern super etching by normal etching (0.05-0.15mm depth).

Textured finish on aluminum material

After subjecting an aluminum material to an anodizing process, the areas of the surface intended to remain are covered with a highly corrosion-resistant protective film (forming raised sections); when the material is then immersed in a chemical that dissolves aluminum, the unprotected areas (recessed sections) are dissolved and removed, thereby creating a textured surface with raised and recessed features.
Since the recessed areas consist of raw aluminum, they undergo an additional anodizing process to form a protective coating and prevent corrosion.

Double etching

We enable 2 kinds of different pattern and color product by etching 2 times from various patterns and colors.

High definition screen printing

Enable the positioning accuracy (within ±0.1mm) corrected by CCD camera.
Enable the various color fine silk printing by multi color printing.
Enable the metal stamping after silk printing by the special ink.

There are four types of printing plates: relief, planographic, intaglio, and stencil. Screen printing uses a stencil.
A screen printing plate utilizes a mesh (screen) woven from fibers such as polyester. The screen is stretched and secured onto a frame; a stencil (resist) is then created on it to block the mesh openings in areas other than the desired image, thereby completing the screen printing plate.
Then, printing ink is placed within the frame of the screen, and when a squeegee is drawn across it, the ink passes through the screen in the areas where there is no resist and transfers onto the substrate.

By applying a variety of hairline finishes to the aluminum substrate and utilizing silk-screen printing and etching processes, it became possible to achieve a novel, three-dimensional decorative effect.
Furthermore, by combining the etching process with a colored anodized or electro-deposited coating finish, it is possible to create complex, multi-layered designs.
