Die manufacuring
We design and manufacture precision dies in-house for various types of sheet metal, including standard processed steel, aluminum, and magnesium alloys. We have earned a strong reputation among our customers for our expertise—spanning single-stage, progressive, and robotic dies—and for our ability to propose cost-reduction solutions tailored to specific production volumes and product shapes.
We handle the design of single-stage and progressive dies in-house, enabling us to respond quickly to any issues that arise on the shop floor.
For mold design, we utilize 2D CAD, 2D CAD/CAM, and 3D SolidWorks to perform not only design work but also analysis.
High-precision wire-cut machining has made it possible to achieve machining accuracy in the order of one-thousandth of a millimeter.
Equipments
Between 2022 and 2023, we introduced state-of-the-art equipment—including wire-cut EDM machines, machining centers, and small-hole drilling machines—to manufacture high-precision dies.
