Transfer stamping

This is a processing method in which parts are automatically transferred between independent dies for each stage within a single press machine. Since the entire process is completed on one machine, it effectively reduces labor requirements and boosts productivity.

Robot line

We are achieving labor savings and increased productivity by using six press machines and employing robots for parts handling. This setup is utilized for the processing of parts produced in relatively high volumes.
