Automation/Fixture

At Shin-ei Sangyo, the automated machinery and jigs used in processes such as press working and assembly are designed in-house and manufactured either internally or by partner companies, thereby contributing to improved productivity.

Fender roller

One method of securing metal parts to resin components involves bending the metal part's tabs to fasten them in place; while this was previously performed manually, the introduction of an automated tab-bending machine has dramatically improved productivity.

Metal mesh extraction machine

Previously, press-formed mesh parts were removed manually; however, the introduction of a specialized automated air-suction system enabled automatic removal, resulting in a dramatic increase in productivity.

Automated machine for chassis

The introduction of an automatic chassis unloading system and a turntable-type staking machine has enabled labor savings and improved productivity.

Automatic inspection machine for caulked parts

An automated inspection machine verifies that several types of rivet pins have been correctly press-fitted without any mix-ups. By introducing this automated system to replace manual process checks, we have achieved dramatic improvements in both quality (eliminating incorrect pin usage) and productivity.

3D printed jigs and fixtures

We manufacture items such as holding jigs for in-house production using 3D printers, thereby improving productivity.
